Hulu to show Miramax films under the multi-year Pact (Reuters)

BANGALORE (Reuters) - studio Miramax Film and Internet video company Hulu has signed a multi-year agreement to bring films made by the studio to some subscribers of Hulu.

Hulu subscribers more, who obtain access to certain premium content, will be able to watch such films as Pulp Fiction, Good Will Hunting, and Scream, under the agreement.

Hulu, jointly owned by Comcast, News Corp and Walt Disney Co, is a subscription service that offers videos in continuous emission of television and films.

"To make our movies available via digital distribution of premium channels is extremely important to Miramax", Mike Lang, CEO of Miramax, said in a statement.

No financial terms of the agreement were disclosed.

Earlier this month, Miramax signed a similar agreement with Netflix Inc. film rental service.

Miramax, which was a unit of Walt Disney until the end of last year, was sold to a consortium that included Ron tutor construction magnate and investment firm Colony Capital LLC.
