A decision is expected in May.
Industry sources believe that the sale of operations could amount to 2 billion euros ($2.89 billion), but said that it is more likely that only one of the units will be finally sold.
Sources told Reuters in January that KKR and Permira are considering blows sell ProSieben by their common shares of listing or sell by the fourth quarter. Only the preferred shares is listed.
