Dealmaking News Corp to overshadow financial report (Reuters)

NEW YORK (Reuters) - News Corp provided solid quarterly earnings released Wednesday is likely to yield the place to the appetite of dealmaking of Rupert Murdoch and a telephone hacking scandal to its UK newspapers.
